Booking :Please, try to book as soon as possible. For many programs we have to book in advance the guides and mountain hut.

General condition
Inscriptions will only be valid when accompagnied by a deposit of 30% of the total price by cheque (zone euro) or swift transfer or credit card - contact us for any informations
Cancellations :
-Between 45 and 15 days before, 30 € fixed administrative costs.
-Less than 15 days before date : the deposit will be conserved.
The association reserves the right to cancel tours 72h before depart if the minimum number of participants is insufficient. You will then receive an integral reimbursement
of your deposit.
In general, the meeting point is fixed for 6:30 PM at the Independant Guides Office in the rue des Moulins, Chamonix.
Don't forget to bring your passport, a parental authorisation if you are under 18 years old and eventually Carte Neige insurance or a CAF or FFME card.
We would like to remind our clientele that in the event of an accident involving personal injury, the responsability of the A.IG.M.B will be engaged until the admission will be the responsability of the clients own personal insurance.
The guide has the right to modify any arrangements for various reasons (weather conditions, snow conditions, security, capabilities of the group etc...).
The application of VAT to guides may result in a increase in guiding fees. |
