heliskiing runs are waiting for you: an other way to escape from the lifts crowds..
Petit Combin 3700 m, Col des Plines 3300m in Switzerland, Aig des Glaciers 3700 m, Petit Mont Blanc 3500 m are a few examples of very good heli trips not so far from Chamonix where skiing could be fantastic.
Still quite close to Chamonix, Valgrisenche, Italian Monte Rosa valleys and La Thuile add some other possibilities in our choice.
If you are keen to use touring equipment for a short climb, it is a good opportunity on certain trips to get to exceptional runs: traverse of Dome de Miage and skiing down the Armancette glacier.
